China And Japan: The Reality Makers

Asia is really trying to make it happen. An eco-friendly community. Close your eyes and picture this: solar paneled houses, electricity fueled cars, smog-less skies, trees and plants everywhere, water conservative homes, and recycled energies. Aaaahh... Much like as if it's futuristic, something like only in reels can happen, something like that can only happen when you daydream. But what if what we think that is futuristic and dream-like can now be considered realistic?

Two Powerhouses are now planning and very soon will be starting the construction of this type of city:

CHINA is currently on the move on making their Eco-City a reality. Tianjin (pronounced as Tiantsin) is a metropolis located in Northern China where the said city will be situated. China and Singapore tied up to make this project: Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City turned to actuality.

JAPAN. Is the first word that comes to my mind when I think of Tsunami. The world has seen how devastating and disturbing when Tsunami hit the Fashion Capital of Asia combined with multiple tremors and the up until present, most-affected and most feared, currently on the process of reviving Nuclear Power plants in Fukushima.

I am very much inspired and awed by the Japanese's innovation, determination, dedication, courage and passion. It's as if nothing happened, and now they are about to launch their new big project: The Eco-town.

Especially as being advocate of environment protection and conservation, these two countries make me proud of being an Asian.
